Ingredients

  • 100 g spinach fresh
  • 1/2 cup dry oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup hemp milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 kiwi

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. 
  • Add water/more hemp milk if you desire a more liquid consistency.
