Ingredients

  • 100 g dry pasta or spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp wild garlic pesto*
  • 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 5 cherry tomatoes halved

Instructions

  • Boil spaghetti or any other pasta of your choice as per instructions on the package.
  • Once the desired softness is reached, drain the water. Add the pesto and mix thoroughly to spread evenly.
  • Thow in the chickpeas, serve on a plate and top up with halved fresh cherry tomatoes.
