2tspbaking powder
1cupwater/plant milk
1tbspapple cider vinegar
1tspvanilla extractto taste

Instructions
Mash banana (can be done in a blender) - the riper banana is, the sweeter the pancakes.
To the blender add oats and the rest of the ingredients, blend well until smooth.
Heat a pan and if your pan is not specific pancake pan, add some oil for a non-stick surface.
Scoop some batter (approximately 1/4 cup) for each pancake, forming circles (or any other shape you prefer).
Fry your pancakes over low-medium heat for several minutes on each side - once golden-brown, it is time to turn the pancake to the other side.
Serve with your favorite toppings: fruits, nuts, nut butter or/and maple syrup.
