- 500 g whole wheat flour
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 2 tbsp maple syrup/sweetener of your choice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups warm water
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds optional
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds optional
Add flour, yeast, salt, and seeds into a large bowl and mix them.
Mix maple syrup with warm water and add to the bowl with dry ingredients.
Mix all together and transfer to a greased baking pan.
Cover and set aside for 20-25 mins to rise.
Bake for 40 mins on 200 C (390 F).
Best consumed when fresh but can be kept in a container for another couple of days.
