  • Ice molds or small containers


  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup soy milk unsweetened
  • 4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp salt


  • Melt the coconut oil, if solid.
  • Mix the soy milk, apple cider vinegar and salt and set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Into a blender, pour the milk mixture, coconut and olive oil, and nutrional yeast.
  • Blend on high speed for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into molds and freeze for at least an hour.
  • Keep the butter refrigerated for a solid consistency.
