1tspground cinnamon
2tbspcoconut flakes/chips
50gwalnuts/hazelnuts/almonds

Instructions
Mix melted coconut oil and maple syrup together in a small bowl/cup.
Take a bigger bowl, place oats and mix in coconut oil and syrup, spread evenly.
Add ground cinnamon, place on a baking tray and roast in the oven at 175 C (350 F) for 15 mins or more for desired roast intensity (make sure to stir oats approximately every 5 mins to make sure they are roasted evenly).
Take the tray out of the oven, add your nuts and seeds of choice to the mix (you can slice nuts to smaller pieces).
Place the tray back into the oven for another 5-10 mins to give nuts and seeds a slight roast as well.
Once ready, take the tray out and finally let your ready granola cool down before placing it into a jar or container to store for up to a week. You can also add dried fruits to the mix (e.g. cranberries).
Serve with a portion of plant-based yogurt or milk or with a smoothie bowl, topping up (optionally) with fresh fruits.
