  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter or other nut butter of choice
  • 20 g dark chocolate grated
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup plant milk


  • Blend all ingredients except chocolate in a blender.
  • Add grated dark chocolate to the mix and stir to combine.
  • Pour into a form and place it into a freezer for at least 3 hours.
