Sugar-Free Homemade Granola Bars With Cranberries & Almonds

Sugar-Free Homemade Granola Bars

I’ve always liked the idea of making oat bars at home. It’s a healthier substitute to the commercially produced ones, much more environmentally-friendly and also, most probably, cheaper to make, considering the number of bars we get in the end. So once I got to make it, my choice fell on Sugar-Free Homemade Granola Bars with Cranberries & Almonds variation.

Each of these tiny bars will give you a bit less than 200 calories worth of energy, add to your protein and fiber intake, as well as certainly give you pleasure while consuming it. Surely excellent characteristics for a quick snack on the go.

Before mixing up all ingredients together, I roasted chopped almonds, sesame seeds, and oats to flavor them up a little.

After that, all it takes is to mix all the ingredients, press the mass into a form, and cool down in a fridge. And voila, you got these Sugar-Free Homemade Granola Bars ready to enjoy as a snack for several days (be careful, these are quite addictive). Otherwise, if you would like to keep bars longer than just several days, you can freeze them. Bon appetite!
